BIO - AMIGOS |
 AMIGOS:
The Amigos are a trio of fun loving musicians, Barry Hands on vocals and bass guitar, John (Speedy) Walker on vocals and lead guitar and Eric Camillerie on keyboards.
They have been performing well on the Central Coast and were recently contacted and asked to audition for Australia's Got Talent!
They love to entertain with old-time favourites, country and rock n’ roll hits from the 60’s. They perform at various clubs, birthday parties, private functions and retirement villages on the Central Coast. They are wonderful entertainment and are guaranteed to get the audience singing, clapping, laughing and dancing along to old time favourites.
Barry Hands started learning to play the ukulele at the age of twelve years. By the time he was fourteen he was working in a Hawaiian Show Band in nightclubs. He performed with the band on various radio and television programs, namely In Sydney Tonight. Moving into his teens, Barry took up the slap bass, working with various bands and forming his own rock group with Lonnie Lee.
John (Speedy) Walker, has been a musician for most of his life. John has performed in the United States and nearly every pub in Central Western Australia for about nine years. John has been a regular at the Central Coast Leagues Club for three years. He is also a resident guitarist at a restaurant at The Entrance.
Eric Camillerie has been a musician for a number of years and is an accomplished and classically trained pianist. He is currently completing the final stages of a Graduate Diploma in Music Therapy. He runs a home recording studio, recording and producing original compositions for local artists.
