Capella easy listening acoustic sound, focusing on vocal harmonies!

Think great songs, think warm acoustic sound and think killer 3-part harmonies... Corrs to Creedence, Van Morrison to Maroon 5, Beatles to Badloves... if we love it, we do it! (musically speaking of course!)

The Housework Can Wait 'cover' a wide variety of styles - laid back and groovy, upbeat and dance, jazz, country & ballads -as well as originals - easy going Sunday arvo or pumping it up to party.

A group of four ladies drawing experience from many years in the music industry - performing and teaching - and we find that all sorts of wonderfully interesting and different gigs come our way because our ever increasing repertoire suits such a wide audience.

Getting everyone involved or mood setting - whatever the need ... (all the while having fun - proving that it's never too late to be doing your thing!)

Aside from private functions and even some theatre work, The Housework Can Wait are regulars at festivals and events such as Mangrove Mountain Country Fair, Bloodtree Festival and Mt Penang Produce Markets and we enjoy a great association with Central Coast music venues, clubs and pubs.

We love our Bose Personal Amplification system which is compact yet powerful and use it regularly at all our club/pub gigs, private functions as well as outdoors.
