Mindy and the Serpents are an up-and-coming duo from Sydney's North Shore.
With a unique blend of blues, jazz and funk guitar, combined with strong yet sultry RnB vocals, Mindy and the Serpents are not to be missed.

Singer, Therese Stellino, former Australian Idol contestant, wows crowds with her powerful, soulful voice combined with a great onstage presence.

Guitarist, Jemma Abrahams, having played with the calibre of people like Phil Emmanuel, The Floorboards Band, Glen Terry, James Southwell, Gail Page, The Bostocks and many others as well as playing solo around town and in the band the Hott Jamms and has also featured as lead guitarsist for singer songwriter Dave Anderson’s spate of recent Sydney shows.

Their unique sounds come together to create something highly original, with jazz, funk and blues flavours.

Mindy and the Serpents have played at several venues around town, including Bar Me, The Roxbury, The Moose Café, Erina Fair, Jacks bar and Mars Hill Cafe, as well as the recent G.O.A.T.S. festival, the Sydney Blues Fesitival, Gosford Waterfront official Australia Day Celebrations 2010 and the Great Aussie Music Extravaganza, which featured a host of Australia’s top blues acts.

Mindy and the Serpents have supported the likes of ‘No Pressure’, ‘The Floorboards Band’, Dave Anderson’ and ‘Roz Chia’, just to name a few.
