HISTORY
Erina Fair has undergone a $200 million, two-year development which resulted in the addition of a new specialty mall, ice skating rink, restaurant precinct, health and fitness club and supermarket together with community facilities, including a library, community hall and youth recreation centre. Erina Fair is the largest shopping centre on the Central Coast of NSW and has been servicing the local region since 1987.

Erina Fair is managed by Lend Lease Retail and owned by General Property Trust and Australian Prime Property Fund. Bovis Lend Lease ensured the values of local people were included in the centre’s expansion by incorporating the findings of a detailed research process into the retail, recreational and community needs of the Central Coast trade area.
The shopping centre is closed Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Parking
Parking at Erina Fair is easy with over 3,600 parking bays available for you and more than 860 of these are undercover. You can access the carparks from Terrigal Drive, Karalta Road or Penrose Crescent. We have made navigating our carpark easier by developing a range of convenient parking services.
How to Get There
food halls, erina fair, wocc image If travelling from Gosford, continue along The Entrance Road until you reach the Karalta Round roundabout. Take a right, then continue for about 1 kilometre where you will see the Erina Fair signs and entrance to your left.
If coming from the north side, continue on The Entrance Road from either Wyong Road or Wilfred Barrett Drive until you reach Terrigal Drive, take a left, up then down the hill, until you see the Erina Fair sign on your right. Take a right at the roundabout, go up the hill and choose any one of the thousands of available parking bays.
